LaunchPad Administrative Assistant
Barb Smolen joined the Kosciusko Chamber staff in February 2022 as the LaunchPad Administrative Assistant. She provides administrative support to the LaunchPad Director and Chamber staff. Barb is responsible for assisting in the preparation, submission, and management (including reporting) of grant applications and proposals to LaunchPad’s foundation funders, preparation, tracking and reporting of LaunchPad’s operating and special project budgets, assisting in the preparation and distribution of coaching and training materials, among other tasks.
